This band is GREAT!
                                                    I have just listened to their "LIVE" CD, and I'm telling you...this is the best Neilfix I've had in LONNNNNG TIME!

It's unbelievable how incredibly close these musicians are to having Neil's music NAILED! And the singing is so close to Neil's style, you really have to listen closely or you'll think Neil is behind that mic! Kenny sings with every bit of the feeling that Neil himself does. It's really unbelievable. Kenny is feeling those lyrics....I JUST KNOW IT!

"Kentucky Woman" was WONDERFUL! (tied for my fave on this album)
"Thank the Lord" was WONDERFUL!
"Shilo" was WONDERFUL!
"Red Red Wine" was WONDERFUL!
"Cherry Cherry" was WONDERFUL!
"Crunchy Granola Suite" was WONDERFUL!
"Lady Oh" was WONDERFUL!
"Sweet Caroline" was WONDERFUL!
"You Got To Me" was WONDERFUL!
"And the Grass Won't Pay No Mind" was WONDERFUL!
"Play Me" was SUPER WONDERFUL! (my fave on this album)
"Cracklin' Rosie" was WONDERFUL! and FUN!!!
"Forever In Blue Jeans" (my least favorite ND tune) was done with all the fun that Neil has when he does it.
"Soolaimon" was simply INCREDIBLE!!!!!!! I was flat ROCKIN' by the time this one was over! It was the perfect intro to "Brother Love," done exactly like Neil used to do it in the 80's. BOY! Did that bring back FABULOUS MEMORIES!!!!!!!!

I am very impressed by this performance!

If you don't have this CD, let go of your $15 bucks as soon as possible.
You will NOT regret it!

It was a pleasure to meet you, your lovely wife and the members of the band.
Your show exhausted me. You are amazing. 

The amount of energy you put into the show and your
enthusiasm for Neil Diamond songs was wonderful to see.


When I got your CD last week, I played it immediately, something I don't
always do. It was terrific; only topped by seeing you in person. I started to
think what songs you didn't do and the first to come to mind was Desiree. So
it was like ESP when you opened your show with that song.

I enjoyed You Don't Bring me Flowers and again when it was done at the
concert. Both confirmed my belief that Marta Hermosillo steals that duet from
you. If Linda Press decides to take another sabatical to care for her
children, Neil could do no better than have Marta join his group.


Thanks Kenny for a great show. I wish you much success in the future.

The CD is great...I listen to it on my way to work to get motivated. I can't
believe how great he sounds. He really gets into it huh? Did you say he was
playing around here soon? Let me know because I want to see him again.

I saw your group playing at Geraldines.  I thought you were an incredible group.  The place was full long before it usually is.  I only go there to see a decent group.  When I saw a Neil Diamond Tribute Band in the paper, I called my friends and told them I had to be there!  I was thoroughly pleased.  I had such a good time listening to your music.  I am impressed!  That is not easy to do.....(if you knew me).  Anyway....please add me to your mailing list.  I would love to know where you are playing and when!  A special thank you to the young lady I was told was your booking agent.  She gave me one of your posters and your email address.  And I will pass on your web site to all my friends!  Thank you for a great night of entertainment and I hope to see more of you in

This is Jeffrey from ***.  I have written you a few times and  I am always grateful that you find time to write back.  My wife Carol and I were thrilled to find out you will be doing an encore concert at the bicentennial auditorium in Southington, CT  in April and also doing music on the green in August.  We can't wait till April. We saw you in November and as a die hard Neil diamond fan and having seen him in concert 6 times,  I was looking forward to your show though not knowing what really to expect.  It turned out to be one of the most unexpected thrills of my life.  Why, well because I was with my wife on a nice date out on a Saturday night and then was truly mesmerized by the show I saw at my old high school auditorium a block from my house on a Saturday night in good old Southington.  Amazing.    By the way you did all the great diamond songs.   Again we can't wait to see you again.  We will be bringing friends this time as well.   Sincerely, Jeffrey and Carol ***

I could go on and on about the show but Jeffrey did a pretty good job describing it in some earlier posts. I did want to mention how I was totally floored with your rendition of the Dancing Bumble Bee. Absolutely incredible. I don't have enough adjectives to describe how great you and your band were in Southington. You'd better set aside a copy of that video for me 'cause you can be sure I'm gonna want one.

A great group of musicians. I brought a friend with me who is not really a Neil Diamond fan who really enjoyed the show and and she kept saying, "Boy, that band is TIGHT".

Kenny, it was a pleasure meeting both you and your wife, even if it was only for a moment. Don't worry, you'll be seeing this face around even if I have to drive up to Massachusetts to do it.

Anyone who gets a chance to see KENNY LABELLE AND THE DIAMOND COLLECTION, do it, you won't be disappointed.

Oh, gee, I can't stop thinking about it... Cherry, Cherry was the BEST, Holly Holy was better, Bumble Bee, Lady Oh, I almost had tears in my eyes when you did If You Know What I Mean,.....and that ending with the HAN version of Soolaimon/Brother....oh you guys have got to experience this.

Kenny, you really got the FEEL of a Diamond concert down.

I'd better stop now. I think I've made my point. However, in case I haven't made self clear...It was a terrific show by a group of really tight, talented, terrific musicians who are really a great bunch of terrific human beings. An experience no Neil Diamond Fan(or anyone else for that matter) should miss.
